» You’ll need basic cooking utensils to set up a Daniel Plan kitchen. To get started, you simply need a pot, a frying pan, a ladle, a stirring spoon, a knife, and a cutting board. For more details, see the items listed in The Daniel Plan Cookbook, pages 18 – 21.

» You can speed up prep time during the week if you can take an hour on Sunday night for prep. Hard-boil twelve eggs. Grill some chicken. Chop all your veggies for the week’s lunches and dinners. Make some dips. Cook some quinoa or brown rice. Then prep time when you come home in the weekday evenings will be quick.
